Remember GVHS!
Tomorrow April 23rd:

Only students taking Government & US History are to report to school at 7:37 a.m. tomorrow.
All other students (those not testing that day) will report to school at 10:35am. Delayed start students will report to the Auditeria at 10:35 on testing day.

Students not in Government or US History will be required to work from home in their Google Classrooms. Be sure your child logs in by 7:37a.m. so they are not marked absent for the day.

Should a student need a ride to school and cannot provide their own transportation for the 10:35 a.m. report time on the testing dates above, or does not have suitable internet access to work from home, the student will need to ride the morning bus route as usual and will be supervised by those teachers not administering the specific end-of-course exam offered that day. Students reporting to school for these circumstances should report to the high school library.

Government and US History Testers-Testing room assignments were emailed to you and can be found in the hallway at the start of the week for each assigned test. Announcements will also be made each day of room assignments for approaching testing sessions.

Students need to bring pencils and a fully charged Chromebook to each testing session. There will not be charging stations during testing.

Thank you to all the parents, children, family members, staff, and students who came out to participate in and volunteer for our 2nd Annual Early Literacy night!
The tables were full of budding learners.
Families and children walked away with giveaways, like safety scissors, crayons, books, dry erase boards, dry erase markers, pencils, pencil grips, and so much more.
All incoming kindergarten students were lucky enough to get a special gift from Mrs. Wayslaw, the elementary school principal, and were offered an opportunity for pictures with the principal!
