The Powderpuff Flag Football game was a success! All credit for this game goes to the Senior Class Officers: Abbey Eland, Hailey Burn, Kaelyn Hart and Chloe Freeman. They did all the work with recruiting and ordering. This game would have never happened without them pushing for it at the Senior Class meetings. We want to say thank you to all the family and friends that braved the cold to watch these girls play and donated money or canned goods! Thank you to the volunteers that took the time out of their Sunday to help (we hope we did not forget anyone): Mr. Cardaman- Announcer Mrs. Carrie Rowland- Score and Clock Mr. Nims- Referee Mr. Bell- Referee Mr. Sirrine- Senior Coach Mr. Rowland- Junior Coach Mr. Verhas-Chains Mr. Hall for overseeing the event Mrs. Newell and Mrs. Orosz- donations at the gate Mr. and Mrs. Turk for opening the Concessions Stand Last but not least, the football players who cheered the players on! The Juniors came out victorious with a 36-26 win!
